”This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.”

”This is either a brand new or recently renovated property and perfect. The room was spotless. The area was very safe. There were not many people staying the one night I was there so it was super quiet. I hope they are able to keep up the maintenance to make this a very unique Red Roof Inn location.”

”Totally worth it for the money. Had a pleasant experience. The room has a funk to it, the hallways too. The wallpaper is peeling. There's some dead grout in the shower. I got used to it very quickly, though. It was spacious and well cleaned, just not well maintained so there's only so much the cleaning can do. Sometimes the key cards to the room stopped working, but the staff got it working again right away. Couldn't hear noise from the other rooms, but I could from the hallway.”

”Pristine room with comfortable pillow-top beds and obvious new room amenities such as touch-lamps, keurig machine, many charge outlets, and provided full-sized soap/shampoo/conditioner. Delicious breakfast buffet including cinnamon buns, turkey sausage, greek yogurts, fruit juices, eggs options and freshly ground coffee bar!”

”Skipped the breakfast but there were several options. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and room table/wall surfaces could have used a little more cleaning focus. Beds were clean and nice. Bodywash in shower was empty. Room smelled VERY strong of Hawaiian air freshener. Parking was easy”

”We were given a smoking room initially which is absolutely disgusting. And then when we got in the room it felt so dirty that it was hard to feel comfortable. We tried watching TV but that didn't work and we both needed showers but the bathroom felt so awful that there was no way we would feel clean afterwards. There was also a lot of hair that didn't belong to either of us around the bathroom and all over the towels. I know it's a budget place but it doesn't take a lot to make sure the rooms...
