”The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating.”

”Advertised as having pool and hot tub, but has a closed sign and neither has been cleaned this year by the looks of it. There was even a duck living in the pool area the 2 days we were there. Many of the outlets on the light fixtures did not work. Refrigerator froze everything and there was no temperature control for it. Elevators were trashed, broken railings, half the paint missing, and control box broken open. No hair dryer in the room (they did provide one from the front desk when we...

”Everything was great during my stay at Fairfield. Breakfast was good the staff was friendly and polite. The grounds were well kept. Other than you having to get staff to open gym for you I didn’t find anything wrong. I will start there on my next trip in that area.”

”Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place .”
