Plenty of space for all inside and out with large stacking ranch slider onto palm fringed expansive deck area, built in seating surrounding the deck, 2 BBQ tables, BBQ and still plenty of space.
Plenty of room to back the boat in off the street, wash down then hang all the dive gear out to dry.

Wharf and boat ramp only 100m down the road, the kids normally come back from the wharf with enough fish for T! or you may be up for some amazing kayak fishing up the beautiful Whitianga harbour.
Just across the road there is several acres of grass for walks or a game of catch, back yard cricket, grass roots rugby etc etc etc.
Short easy walk into town to all the cafes, restaurants, bars, nick nack stores and sport shops.
Just a few short Kms to the local 18 hole golf course, airport, mountain bike park, Buffalo Beach and many more.
Only half an hours drive to the World famous Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach.
