”Great position, terrific view, very spacious and fully equipped, with excellent kitchen facilities and supplies. Beds are comfortable and fully supplied with all bedding. Secure locked garage and downstairs laundry. Great choice for 2 couples or family with a couple of kids”

”The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are a little dated but this didn’t bother us. The trade off is the spectacular view of the blue ocean that you get to wake up to each morning. The location is a short walk to the main street, lagoon and the woolworths, making it very convenient. The walk back is uphill so be prepared to get puffed by the time you get to the property entrance, but don’t let this be a deterrent - be thankful you...

”A very steep, short walk up street to aptmt, but boy, is view worth it. Location is perfect.. unfortunately, schoolies was on and a lot used this resort, but they were pretty good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and marina to island trips. And Woolies 8 min walk. Will def stay again. External check in staff incredibly helpful, couldnt fault.”

”The lounge didn’t fold out for extra bedding. The air conditioner didn’t work in the lounge room. The shower was dirty and mouldy. There was no glasses to drink from, not even coffee cups even though there was a kettle. There was cleaning tub with cleaning products in a bucket on top of the microwave. Overall cleanliness and presentation was not at a good standard and pricey for what we got in return. Very disappointing. ”

”Poinciana 101 has such amazing views from the balcony, when you walk into the apartment it is very clean and tidy with everything you need including beach toys for the kids!! We were very happy and comfortable and so glad we booked this apartment. Definitely recommended it to anyone who is wanting a great location and view! ”
