”The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

”First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

”Kiva huone ja hyvä aamupala. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Yleiset tilat paikoin kuluneet. ”

”Amazing views, great place to relax and helpful and friendly staff.Wifi only works in the lobby.”

”Mantra Boathouse Apartments was a superb pick for our stay. Premises were excellent and crew very helpful. Really worth of the money! Too bad the weather did not favour us. Cyclone Iris visited area just before our stay and we did not see the best of Airlie Beach. With only adequate weather Airlie Beach did not offer that much to do. I am sure that with fine weather this is a paradise.”

”Good sized 2 bedroom unit but needed quite a few maintenance items carried out such as walls needed a fresh coat of paint, several globes needed replacing ,fan in bathroom needs updating just to name a few”

”Honestly we were disappointed. The bungalows are worn down and dirty - and we tried 3 different ones because we got dropped at the wrong one at first. Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container. The beds were...

”Lots of activities for the kids. Park well maintained”

”Mold in the shower, pillow was that thin i thought there was no pillow in the pillow case, dishes were not clean, one of the blankets smelt like vomit. Very poor for the price”

”Generally a good stay, in a great location to the town centre and amenities. Would have benefited from a deeper clean (dusty, soap scum in the bathroom, mould in tbe sink), some additional towels (we stayed for 8 days so a second set other than beach towels would’ve been appreciated) and there was only 2 indoor chairs despite bed capacity for 3 people. We contacted the owners a few times through Expedia with no response either, which was a bit disappointing. But overall a good stay. ”
