”very nice hotel, good location”

”The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

”First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. ”Amazing views, great place to relax and helpful and friendly staff.Wifi only works in the lobby.”

”The facilities were excellent and we were happy with the stay.”

”Pool was good & the balcony was nice to sit out at night, one Staff member in particular was quite difficult to understand The bathroom had this terrible smell coming out of the floor drain, we had to put a towel over it so we couldn't smell it. The corner spa bath is very 80's & most difficult to get into it, there wasn't much room to get in the shower situated in the spa bath, water leaked all over the floor, made it very slipery, shower not cleaned very well”
