”The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes”

”Had a perfect week here. Sarah and Grant were both perfect hosts --- good communication, and couldn't have been more helpful. We were there without a car and that wasn't a problem -- arranged a taxi to and from the ferry (could do it by bus if you didn't have a lot if luggage). C arrange grocery delivery, but we had the tax istop en route to pick up initial supplies. Five Give minutes walk to a very good village pub. Thirty minutes walk to Niton with a fully stocked grocery store, another nice...

”You can't beat this wonderful cottage for a peaceful break away. Gorgeous inside with comfy seating along with a private back garden, or more communal in the front. Spotlessly clean and well decorated with a very informative welcome pack for everything you could need (including tea, coffee and milk for when you arrive). Some lovely sights around the Isle of Wight and would highly recommend these cottages. ps: Please could you pass a note to Grant to say thank you so much for the loan of the hose...
