”Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at answering questions, and readily available. View of lake is unbeatable and just as you see in the photos. Would definitely recommend this listing.”

”I have stayed at this motel many times. The area is beautiful. Staff is top notch and really go out of their way to accommodate you. The common areas are so well laid out and comfortable with something for everybody in the family. They have games, puzzles, pool table, foosball, TVs, and there is even a small library where you can take a book home you didn't have time to finish. I have never seen that before. The pictures don't do it justice. There is even beautiful Lake Wentworth with picnic...

”The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”
