”The room was very clean, the water was hot and the bed was comfy. No issues there. But the wifi didn't connect and as a result you couldn't use the TV--the Hulu logo just say frozen on the screen and the "broadcast TV" image never got as far as actually loading the channels. I also couldn't get 5G on my phone from inside my room--it was sort of an internet dead zone. No TV isn't really that awful I guess, but it would have been nice. The walls were pretty thin as well so I heard every snore and...

”This was a great place to stay. We will be back! The only issue was that the restaurant kitchen seemed short staffed and they turned us away for a 6pm dinner. They told us the kitchen requested time to “catch up” since they had a large group in the lounge. It was a disappointment. But breakfast the next morning was excellent! So maybe it was just an off day. ”

”We've stayed at the Waypoint many times when visiting Bend and are never disappointed! The staff is wonderful and rooms are always exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's an amazing value and we will always choose to stay here when we're in town. ”
