”The apartment is very clean and in a nice neighbourhood in Uptown DC. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have access to the outside patio. The parking outside was also a great bonus. One thing to note for tall people is that the ceiling is quite low so remember to duck! (My partner banged his head on the beams multiple times). Would recommend for a neighbourhood stay in DC.”

”The room we stayed in was, without a doubt, beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and the amenities were many. However, until check-in we were completely unaware of the fact that we would be forced to attend a sales pitch for ownership at the resort. I would never have booked this listing had I known that.it was a very unfortunate discovery upon arrival, and a huge inconvenience during our family vacation.”

”Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid.”

”Communication with manager excellent. Accurate info & stayed in contact. We are 70+, have 6 lb chihuahua so safety of place, convenient parking and yard in back, long, narrow fenced 2 sides worked well for dog. Location close to wife's relative, 6 miles, so good location for us. Neighborhood felt safe, minimal traffic/noise. Place was clean, furnishings minimal but OK. Take these comments in context to our age and some health issues: - stairs to upper floor narrow & a good climb to get up to...

”This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

”Little Oatlands was the perfect place for our outdoor wedding and we’re very happy we chose it. If you are planning to do the same, and have family stay in the guest house for the weekend, read the contract *carefully*. We skimmed it and failed to realize that you’ll need to take all trash bags to the dumpster by the barn and strip all of the bed sheets and put them downstairs, etc…”

”This is a great little studio that's convientely located near the Red line (15 minute walk). The walk is up a hill, so if you're not feeling up to that after a day of sightseeing, you can take the D8 bus. The neighborhood is safe-ish, never had a problem walking to/from the apartment even late at nights, but you may have some people ask you for money. You're also very close to a Giant foods, which is handy. The host was very accomodating and even had bottled and sparkling water in the fridge...

”The only complaint we have about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable (my husband got his first ever sleep score in the 90s!). The location was perfect for us - close to our daughter's university and walking distance to the zoo, the metro, Nat'l Cathedral, plus great shops and restaurants!”

”First the Wyndham is very nice, great location, wonderful staff. But the listing was misleading. It said Parking was included. In fact, Rental Resort Pros acknowledged that’s what the listing said. Then they gave a run around saying no. Anyhow. $80.00 additional to park.”

”Inside: We had a two-room setup (king bed and adjoining bathroom that had a stall and tub; then two queen beds and bath off the dining room). The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great. We were given great starter amenities; The only issue we had was that we were unclear on whether we could ask for more or the cleaning staff to come in. The vibe seemed weird around Vrbo customers; it was not worth it to us to kick up dust. Additionally, the second floor community amenities...

”While its very easy to the Capitol and Aur and Space Museum, unless youre just going to those places, stay closer to thr Warf. Its only a 15 minute extra walk and theres places to eat, shop and things to do. After 5pm there was nowhere to eat here except the hotel's dining room (which was subpar and too expensive for what it was) or McDonalds 5 doors down. The parking package is worth it, the breakfast here just isn't. Find somewhere else to eat for the same price. The hotel itself is fine....

"I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall. However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself. The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently! I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "
