Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great.”

”This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. I first was given a room that had horrible noise. I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
The rooms are quite outdated, but understood they are in the process of renovating the rooms.
