”All was good except the room size. We had a Deluxe Double room which is so small that there wasn't any reasonable space for our two carry-on suitcases - the only suitcases we had. We had to put one under the small desk and one in the corner of the bed and window. With the suitcase being closed, it partially blocked the already narrow path to the other side of the bed. It was quite an inconvenience. To be fair, the hotel's listing provides information of the room size. But it still surprised me...

”No complaints! The upstairs hallways are a little dark and moody but it has a mysterious allure :D The vending machine was really convenient since there's no minibar, loved the spacey shower. Comfortable stay, nice people :)”

”It’s hard to give a fair critique as they were under construction while we were there. However the room was beautiful. No electricity in the bathroom otherwise very modern and stylish. The breakfast was really well done. A great location for accessing the national park. Lots of places to eat in area and walk.”

”Very nice hotel close to everything essential. The staff is brilliant, but breakfast catering was a bit understaffed. Our windows were close to the airconditioning systems that were really noise especially during the night. With earplugs sleeping went just fine. ”

”Our first night in we tried to order food for our kids but the phone in our room didn’t work. When we went downstairs to the restaurant it took them a while to figure it how to order food to our room. When it showed up to the room it didn’t have the drinks we ordered and the person was upset with us because we didn’t use the phone to order our food. The pool is not just the hotels pool, it is a gym that you can buy a membership to. The “kids pool” was small and cold.”
