”We had gone out, came back around 9pm and the main gate was locked. There was no security person manning the gate. Security guard came after 15 min or so and did not have the key to the padlock. We kept on calling the cell number provided by the hotel and there was no answer. Almost an hour later, they had to break the padlock. Manager on duty not answering calls and nowhere to be found as well. ”

”After 25 hours travel from Norway, we were met by a friendly host. He offered us a better room than we had booked.
He also recommanded a nice resturant in walking distance from the lodge. We had a wonderful seafood meal. And we had a good night sleep in the lodge. Villa Tropicana was a peaceful place in our shart stay in Margate.
