”We had gone out, came back around 9pm and the main gate was locked. There was no security person manning the gate. Security guard came after 15 min or so and did not have the key to the padlock. We kept on calling the cell number provided by the hotel and there was no answer. Almost an hour later, they had to break the padlock. Manager on duty not answering calls and nowhere to be found as well. ”

”The room was clean and neat.set up had everything you needed.Check in was smooth.However when asked for WiFi password was told was in my email confirmation.I did not have any info.So I emailed for info on the TV and WiFi but still have not heard back.For check out did not have instruction so had to call property for info.the staff did end up arriving for check out.Overall the studio flat did us well as it was just a weekend.”
