”Place is being remodeled, but they tried putting me in a room that was not yet finished... then switched me to a room that already had someone in it. After the 3rd try, it was a halfway decent room but TV didn't work. At least the water was hot in shower and fairly clean. They might need to rethink the crew they have painting for the remodel... it's very sloppy work.”

”Rooms are nice but it smells like mold, water leaked in the door on both floor. I had 2 rooms ,no coffee pot ,kleenex or hair dryer. Staff was very pleasant. New flooring was squishy.”

”This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk...

”We stayed here for the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pirate ship area. The pool area was nice. The room needed some serious TLC .. there was paint chipping and screw holes in the walls they never covered up. The bathroom was disgusting. All the caulk around the shower was black. The room was so dark. We had every light on and still couldn’t see. The layout of the room was nice and spacious, it has potential if they’d put a little work into cleaning it up.”

”It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay.”
