We went to check in at our check in time (3:00), and could not check in due to them cleaning our room. We were told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready to go (completely understandable). We came back in 30 minutes checked in, went up to our room and see it not cleaned and the housekeeping was JUST STARTING TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. When I went to go down for a different room, they told me to wait since they would be done soon. we waited 45 EXTRA MINUTES upon already...

”If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

”We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for walking along the river and very close to the falls! We also enjoyed walking around downtown and visited a few local breweries. The hotel looks recently updated.
Our room was quiet and we had a river view! Good continental breakfast and the breakfast host was very nice! The check-in person didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Sioux Falls is a great place to visit.”
