”Everything was perfect very clean and staff was very nice and polite”

When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. ”We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”

”This was without a doubt, the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. I had to personally clean the floor of our room so my kids weren’t kissing filth all over their feet/clothes. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels.
