”Our stay at the University Park Inn & Suites was very pleasant. The rooms are simple and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Our room was on the ground level, looking out to a nice grassy area with plants and flowers. I will stay here again.”

”Room is okay clean and there are a lot of amenities for a motel including microwave and refrigerator refrigerator is very cold and AC is very cold also which is a compliment however the bathroom floor is cracked and the entire field of the hotel is kind of dirty”

”Did book a room with balcony but was given one with a patio instead. Nothing wrong with that per se but the patio was surrounded by fences and there were no furniture whatsoever there. Also pool was out of use. Lots of homeless persons around the area and obviously quite a few of the guests were locals accommodated at the hotel. The room itself was adequate and clean. ”

”The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again.”

”We had made reservations via Expedia. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and when we asked to see the room it smelled and was not clean. We advised the desk we would not be staying and they told us they would not charge us. They lied as it showed up on my credit card. When I saw that, I called Expedia, who then notified me the next day that the hotel told them they did not charge us. I have not sent Expedia a copy of the charge on their website and have asked them to contact the...

”We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name.”

”Spacious room, although some minor repairs/upkeep were needed. Staff was lovely, bed was great. Was surprised to be charged $10 should I want to park in the hotel lot. This was a fiest for me. Plenty of parking on the street, as was my choice.”
