”The room is rather small, however it will work for a family of 3 with the bed and pull out couch. Might need to move some furniture around, but it'll work for one night like it did for us. Nice to have a fridge and theres a coffee shop right across the street that opens at 7am. In addition, lot of restaurtants within walking distance. Parking can be a bit crammed given the spaces are rather narrow, but if you get there early enough, it will work. ”

”Room smelled, no pool, you have to pay for parking and the crap breakfast, loud Amtrak train right next to property. ”

”Easy to park - very friendly staff. Still needed a car to get to campus but very convenient. ”

”Sink didnt drain, knats in bathroom, shower water hot then cold, sheets yellow stained and oil stained as well as bedspread. Front desk very kind. Gave new sheets and blanket and offered another room. Both rooms had no filter in the a/c unit. Bugs came thru mine. The shower door was scary dirty with black stuck on gunk and rust and perling paint on shower door. The walkways had oil n gum n gunk all throught as i walked back n forth from my room to get help. ”

”Did book a room with balcony but was given one with a patio instead. Nothing wrong with that per se but the patio was surrounded by fences and there were no furniture whatsoever there. Also pool was out of use. Lots of homeless persons around the area and obviously quite a few of the guests were locals accommodated at the hotel. The room itself was adequate and clean. ”

”The lobby is nice. That's it. The room was filthy. The furniture was falling apart. People were hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. There was a woman smoking crack literally right outside my room. We left and stayed at a different hotel. I went to the front desk and told the attendant I was checking out no less than 10 minutes after I checked in. No apologies no refund. ”

”It’s one of the very few comfort inn’s that’s located in a good area. Woodland ca is the outskirt suburban area of Sacramento. It’s away from the highly traffic and most populated areas of the city. Good area, but still it’s the comfort inn. So, don’t expect a luxury experience at all. ”
