”Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this...

”Terrible check-in experience on May 10th at 9 PM. The staff member was blatantly disrespectful. He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment.”

”Most importantly it was clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing to stay somewhere that actually had a nice shower with good water pressure. The restaurant wasn’t so great and it would’ve been nice to have a swimming pool. Probably better for business trips than for family. But overall, it was a nice clean comfortable spot to stay the night. I would recommend.”
