”Very nice staff”

”The breakfast was not the greatest. I stayed for two nights and ended up with hot rubber breakfast items both days. but besides the breakfast my stay was ok.”

”According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts.”

”The woman housekeeper was outstanding. She kept room spotless. All was great. She was pleasant.”

”This is the best value I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the kind staff to the HUGE TV to the fireplace I could not believe what a value this hotel was I would recommend it to anyone. The Hampton being full down the road was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to discover the Wexford.”

”It’s an ok hotel if traveling by yourself. Rooms are kinda small and looks outdated. Our bathroom door did not lock and it was a little difficult opening the door to the room. If you’re traveling with family and want more comfort, there are other options around there. The staff were nice and helpful, they serve continental breakfast (bagels and coffee).”

”The associate at check in was friendly and very efficient. The hotel and room are in good condition. The only negative would be that some trim work was being done in the halls and there were some wood scraps near the elevator and some splinters in the hallway going to our room. Nothing major but the contractor should do better cleaning during the job. ”

”Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund.”

”Overall room is good. Bathroom silicon caulk has black mold. Not sure if their maintenance group know what todo…possibly all bathrooms in this having the same issue of mold on silicon. Breakfast is seems average only.”

”The property overall was pretty decent and the restaurant was ok. I could hear people above me walking around and even going to the bathroom through the walls. That made it hard to sleep. I've never experienced that before. So walls and ceilings must be really thin.”
