It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the golf cart, but it made getting around to the amenities quickly and easily. We’d love to rent again.

This is a beautiful place. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of utensils, towels, lots of seating on Lanai. Beautiful view of the water. Nice HVAC system. If I had to nit-pic anything, it would be simpler tech instructions. Maybe a one page sheet for each TV with it's corresponding remotes. Each television appeared to be a different setup. I believe one was satellite, one apple TV on a smart TV, but there was an Xifinity remote. The third, I'm not sure. They are nice size TV's and there is also a home sound system. I didn't attempt the sound system. Those instructions seemed pretty detailed though. WIFI works well. Didn't use the golf cart. Down Home was easy to work with.

Peaceful

It was so serene watching the birds over the pond and the bunnies in the garden at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable and the home is in a great location. It’s close enough fit easy access to whatever you want to do, yet far enough away for peace and solitude.

We liked it so much that we signed a 1-year lease with DHProperties

We truly enjoyed the views of this property on Gravel Court which overlooked a lake. It was very peaceful yet close enough to recreation centers and town squares. This home also came with its own golf cart which was great too.

March at 3790 Gravel Court

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was in a excellent location and basically in good shape. It was not as clean as previous rentals from Down Home. Overall cleaning could have been much better. Oven was dirty, grill was dirty and did not work. Down Home eventually got us a new grill for the last week of our stay. We appreciate the response to our requests and understand these things take time. The management team was quick to try and help us. Down Home will be our choice in the future.
