”Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m .”

”Our stay here was absolutely excellent front desk was so courteous & accommodating . Rooms were exceptionally clean , beautiful pool . Easy parking . Definitely going back .”

”There was a housekeeper but she didn’t clean out room during our stay. I went to the front to ask for towels and the lady at the front said she’d text the housekeeper but we didn’t get our towels. The day before else left (6 day stay) we finally tracked down the housekeeper for towels. When you look into the laundry room and housekeepers area, there were PILES of dirty towels and bedding. I noticed later that they covered it with a sheet. The room was so small my son was able to open the fridge...

”I LOVED the indoor pool there was no kids there! They should keep that an adult only area. Our TV didn't work the first night because the cable wasn't hooked up but when ai told them the next day they fixed it right away. The hotel is wonderful but regretfully the breakfast we had in the downstairs restaurant was horrible. We will definitely be coming back next year though!”
