”I had such a nice stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were shared, but I didn't see anyone else during my stay. The location is excellent. Portable AC was appreciated since my room was on the top floor. Tim clearly has put in a lot of effort to make clear signage so all spaces could be clean and comfy for all guests.”

”Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. ”

”Everything was “magical” during my stay here. My only complaint was the water pressure was so low, and the shower liners kind of crowd you when you’re showering in the claw tub. Other than that, it was great and 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. The lighting at night with the chandeliers while reading was my favorite. ”

Carol was the most attentive and responsive host we've ever interacted with and the personal and thoughtfil touches, including snacks, coffee, extra towels, and use of extras was above and beyond. Overall, we felt deeply cared for and enjoyed our stay tremendously. If we could give 10 stars, we would! We'll definitely be back. ”
