A 10 min stroll from the Punda City Center along the impressive Waaigat Bed&Bike offers a great location. The hotel is tidy and the bike facility can be used for beach trips. The rooms lack a cupboard or a rail with clothes hangers to unpack the suitcase. Also common kitchen facilities and large fridge

We had a private room and bathroom in this hostel/hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The communal arras were clean and well organized for a small area. Many great restaurants and place to eat in the area. Walking distance to most amenities in Willemstad. If you are looking for a hostel hotel experience in this beautiful city i highly recommend this hotel.

En general, recomendable para estancias cortas, solo NO pidan habitación con balcón, no vale la pena y hay muchísimo ruido del exterior. No tiene ventanas, solo es un plastico que funciona como tal.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estadia en el hotel y de Curazao, excelente destino. Simplemente sugeriria tener un control más riguroso con los insectos(cucarachas) que puedan encontrar en el hotel. El personal es muy amable y atento

Rooms were very plain with hardly any surface area to put anything down, but property was clean, shower nice and hot, staff very friendly. No satellite TV as promised, but who needs it when you have great outdoor activities. The community kitchen has a large fridge and the system works very well (stickers and pens provided to mark your bags. Nothing was missing)

Great price and location
Very cute hostel. I got a private room which had a cute balcony, but the hostel itself didn’t seem crowded if you were looking to dorm. Very walkable location in terms of shopping, restaurants, and the bridge w the iconic Curacao view. Not exactly walkable to the desirable beaches, but great for downtown. I split my trip between this hostel to enjoy the downtown and a different resort on the beach, which was perfect. Plenty of on street parking right in front of the hostel. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean premises.

Best location!!
This is definitely the best location to stay in curação. Warm and friendly staff, super clean, walk distance to all of the downtown part (beaches and mambo beach you will always need a car, period). Good options of restaurants nearby

Great place to explore
We picked Bed & Bike Curaço because it looked pretty hip, and it was! Located right in the heart of a revitalized district and a great restaurant attached with enormous and delicious portions, bikes available to discover Willemstad, and super informed front desk staff (big shoutout to Felix and Eva!) who recommended all sorts of great places and things to do, including a free walking tour. Further, they had cars for rent as well.

Loved the location and the bike rentals. Staff very helpful when asking local eats and carnival questions. Stay was overall great! Would definitely recommend to others.

Maravilloso!!
Nos hospedamos por 5 noches y puedo decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa, el hotel está super bien ubicado, en el distrito de Pietermaai que es super tranquilo pero a la vez encuentras opciones de restaurantes, bares, y se puede recorrer facilmente todas su calles y callejones que son bien coloridos y muy lindos. Desde el hotel llegar al centro de la ciudad son unos 10 minutos caminando, también está super cerca a la parada de buses y otros sitios turísiticos. El personal es super amable, siempre preocupados de que estés bien, son personas muy relajadas y dispuestas a ayudar y brindar la información que necesites, las instalaciones son limpias, el hotel es muy nuevo y es muy lindo, la cama es cómoda, el baño aseado y todos los días te hacen limpieza del cuarto, la cocina es compartida pero eso no es ningún problema. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme con ellos en mi próximo viaje a Curacao. Un agradecimiento a todos los miembros del personal, en especial a Marla por su amabilidad y estar siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Thanks guys for everything! Marcela y Andrés. :)

Great place but our room was noisy
We had a great stay at Bed & Bike. We stayed for a total of 7 days. The service was excellent and the staff was very hospitable. The hotel is located an a very centric part of the island. Our only complaint is that we were in room #211 and the bathroom in that room has an open air vent that leads directly to the hotel's kitchen porch-area where many of the hotel's other guests would hang out. This resulted in us frequently hearing very loud conversations and other noises. Perhaps the hotel should try to devise a way to quiet the outside noise to those in room 211. Besides that, we had a great time and would happily stay again.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, neither bed nor bike was very good. There is essentially no noise barrier between the common spaces and the individual rooms, so you are up much of the night due to noise. They provided a bike to me that was broken. I switch to a second bike, which was also broken. I then asked to switch to a third bike, but was told no more were available. The bikes are in terrible shape. In addition, the streets are not really bikable. The traffic is not forgiving and there are no ramps to get on or off of sidewalks so they are unusable for bikes. They do also have car rentals on site, which we used, but they are quite dirty and also not maintained and all manual transmissions, which is not fun after driving automatics for the last 15 years.

Thank you for your review! We are glad you have enjoyed our beautiful location in Pietermaai. The shape of the bikes get affected by the sun, rain and by the warm asphalt. We try our best to keep them as neat as possible since it is a free extra facility we offer. With these bikes you can reach the city center of Pietermaai, Punda and Otrobanda easily, but cycling on the bigger roads is not recommended. This was an adorable little hostel. Very clean for the most part There were a few things that could have been taken care of in a more timely fashion. Also there needs to be easier access to maps and things to do or schedule of nightlife for new comers.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Even last minute was able to accommodate a needed room change from one to two rooms with a smile on their faces. The bikes were fun to ride, and they were great to give directions and suggestions for places to go. The room was modest, but was all I needed. A cute little balcony - not a great view, but that was okay with me. The bed was comfortable and the water the hot. With the communal kitchens, it's a great affordable way to stay for a while and save yourself a bit of money by cooking for yourself! And it's so dang cute. :) Overall great experience!

Excellent séjour et emplacement. Pour les vélos c’est très bien, par contre je ne suis pas très grande (5"2) et on ne peut pas ajuster la hauteur de la selle donc très difficile . Sinon vraiment bien

Noisy doors
A very clean room, with comfortable beds and good amenities. The staff are helpful and efficient. The doors have a tendency to slam however, and despite my earplugs, I woke up every few hours between midnight and 7am, at which point multiple doors began opening and closing and sleeping became impossible.

Excelente para viagem em casal ou sozinho. Quartos pequenos mas confortáveis. Ducha maravilhosa. Tudo estava muito limpo. Disponibiliza geladeira e microondas, o que ajuda a salvar uma grana com café da manhã. Aliás, café da manhã na ilha é muito ruim. Então a melhor opção é fazer umas comprinhas e tomar no hotel.

Muy buena atención a pesar que las personas que nos atendieron no hablaban español, habitaciones muy confortables y limpias, tips importantes: llevar un convertidor de enchufes ya que el sistema de ellos es europeo sino en el lobby te lo venden en Usd 2,00 , otro punto es que si es necesario una toalla para la playa te la alquilan por Usd 4,00, las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle tiene la desventaja que se escucha mucho ruido externo.

Good location, comfortable beds, free bikes!
All of the staff very friendly and welcoming . Location is very good discovery Downtown. Only a few blocks from the local market, A couple small supermarkets and several restaurants, one in same building. You have access to communal fridges, blender, microwave and an electric kettle. The best part is the free bikes can use to ride around town!

Good price and great location
The location and comfort of this place was great! Although some parts of Curaçao are more difficult on a bike, we found the bike rentals to be a handy way to get to nearby attractions and keep our transportation cost down. Our room was very clean and cozy!

Hotel avec location gratuite de vélo, quartier calme, des restaurants pas loin, chambres petites mais propres et bien conçues, pas de petit dejeuner mais un cafe juste en bas de l'hotel.

The property is what it says, a hostel. There are two issues for us, one, the common TV area is pretty central and guests were listening to the TV very loud. Even when asked to turn it down bc it was 10pm. I think staff, should have been a bit more helpful with that. Two, if you don't like smoking, probably not the best place as the kitchen, TV room and terrace are basically all one and people just smoke there. The little cafe attached was nice. Overall, it was ok.

Thank you for writing a review! Indeed we are a hostel where the common areas are where guests (often solo travelers) get to meet and mingle. We do close the common areas down at 10:30pm so that the building isn't loud at night. But our staff will gladly ask a group to keep it down if someone is bothered by noise prior to that time. Hope we have the opportunity to host you again next time you are in Curacao as you can always request one of the rooms away from the dining room/terrace. Sunny regards, Team Bed & Bike

Great place in cozy Curacao!
Wonderful helpful staff who did anything possible to make our stay comfortable. Great location and it was fantastic to have the use Of the free bicycles to get around everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommended!
