The service is exellent, but the staff and general management are terrible. No good appointments with the wash handling firm, so not sufficient towels in time.
Information about activities only by app, and no announcements in the elevator.
Halfway breakfast there is no more coffee, milk or juice.
Roomservice half an hour later than told when ordered.
Not sufficient tissues and toilet paper in stock, so they have to bring it later.
"All inclusive" is organized in overlapping times of service, so you have to ask and search for an open restaurant.
Menu's in the app are not the same as what the restaurants are offering.
