The space
The villa is spread over two floors and designed for both comfort and views. The upper main floor features a bright, open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with large sliding glass doors that open onto a covered terrace with panoramic views of Curaçao and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, induction hob, American-style fridge, and ample counter space, with pendant lighting overhead. The living room flows seamlessly into the outdoor space.

The covered terrace includes an outdoor dining table for 6, perfect for meals with a view. A rooftop terrace provides an additional spot to soak in the uninterrupted sea views.

The villa has 4 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, AC, ceiling fan, and balcony access; two bedrooms each with 2 single/twin beds; and one smaller bedroom with 1 single bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and an additional powder room.

Outside on the lower level, guests have access to a private pool with a wooden deck, a BBQ area with a charcoal grill on artificial grass, and a gated driveway for parking. A laundry/utility room is also available.

- The villa is located in the quiet, central neighborhood of Bottelier in Willemstad no traffic noise, very peaceful.
- The nearest beach is about an 8-minute drive.
- Shops and restaurants are nearby.
- Please note the house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
- The driveway gate is operated electronically instructions will be provided
at check-in.
- The villa has two floors, each with its own entrance. The upper floor is the
main living area (living room, kitchen, dining, and terrace), with 1 bedroom.
The lower ground floor has the remaining 3 bedrooms. Both floors are also
connected via an internal staircase.
