”Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing…...

”Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?”

”I read a lot of reviews both good and not so good prior to booking and here’s what I can say. We loved the place. While it’s an extremely large, sprawling place it was also quiet and very enjoyable. There was a wedding taking place by the marina. The Abbey is kid friendly but also romantic for couples. In some of the reviews people discussed the upkeep. Sure they could do some updating and repairs but with the size of the resort, we felt that it was in very nice condition overall. Lots of...
