Ilmava ja kevyt, hiljattain, tyylikkäästi remontoitu Blue Point Cottage Beach House on pukeutunut rentoutumiseen ja mukavuuteen tyylikkäillä mattoilla, räätälöityillä kalusteilla ja kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita tarvitset nauttiaksesi trooppisesta pakolaisuudestasi.

Tervetuloa Blue Point Cottage Beach House, Pieni Exuma, Bahama. Blue Pointe Cottage was the perfect beach house for our trip. The house was beautiful, very clean, and on a stunning beach. The grotto across the way was so cool and we loved visiting Brea's. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing beach! Great stay!

This was perfect for my husband and I. Just the perfect size with all the amenities needed. The beach was beyond beautiful! We did some travel around the island but we could have simply stayed in and loved every minute of it at this location.

Loved our stay

The house was wonderful and exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. The beach is literally the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. We kayaked almost every day to the little islands in front of the house, which is a must do. There’s a beach access within walking distance that has Brea’s Delight Bar and Grill, we ate lunch there 3 days, best hamburgers on the island. We will definitely be back.

Excellent

A great location on the best beach in Little Exuma.  The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for some light cooking enjoyed in the expansive outdoor living area.  The deck (and home) have a terrific view of the nearby islands and wonderful blue shades in the water.  We have in the past been disappointed by a lack of cleanliness or misleading website pictures, however neither were a problem regarding Blue Point Cottage.  The quiet location, a beach usually to yourselves and crystal-clear water were everything we were hoping for on our trip.

paradise out of the daily routine, totally intimate and precious

We are grateful for this beautiful House It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, whether with your partner or family. My wife and I ended up very much in love with this spectacular view, it helped us to pause and clear our minds from the overwhelming daily routine. we really enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking, exploring the place in general. if you like to cook make sure you do most of your shopping before you arrive since the closest market is about 35 minutes away and definitely rent your own car to make it easier to go to different places.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

There is no better location than Tropic of Cancer Beach within a stone's throw of Brea's Delights. At least, I can imagine nothing better. Blue Point Cottage exceeded our expectations. Although the sunrise peaks in the master bedroom's east-facing window, it's just great to sit up in bed and see the azure ocean - literally. We roamed around a fair bit, I just cannot fathom a better or more beautiful location.

paradise on earth

I ALMOST want to say bad things so it becomes a secret! Exuma is the most amazing place I have ever been and this property was just beautiful. The house was great, the hospitality, the amenities all perfect. the location can not be beat! we stayed there with our two teenage sons and it was the perfect size! The property manager was super responsive as well. We will be coming back!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Perfection

We’ve traveled to many islands always looking for the perfect beach to return to every year. We finally found it. Cottage was perfect and beach was pure paradise. Judy and owner John were very responsive with any issues or questions. Little Exuma is off the beaten path so if you want nightlife late dinners etc. look elsewhere. Plan accordingly and this will be your best vacation ever.

Incredible location, super house

This was our first time to Exuma and we could not have had a better trip! What an incredible place. Blue Point Cottage did not disappoint either. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for our small family of 4. Prior to our trip, Judy and Tania were great communicators and although we weren’t told how to gain access to the house at check in ahead of time, we arrived to find it was ready and unlocked. We use the service to have the kitchen stocked and had a chef two nights, all of which was seamless. We’ll be back next year!

Home Sweet Home

Small but absolutely adorable. Great location, you are right next to the Tropic of Cancer snack shack. We enjoyed this location very much. The house is clean, with lovely finishes, Judy is great if you choose to use her help with groceries etc. Something to keep in mind, if this is your first time, the house has no "recourse book" of any kind, so you better be prepared with your own- restaurants, things to go, places to see. The owner does send you some that, but as a repeat visitor to the island, I am glad we knew all the ins and outs before arriving.

Lots of Sun!

We had a great stay at Blue Point a cottage. The property manager had the place stocked with the grocery list I sent ahead of time. There were things leftover from prior guests including bug spray and oil to help with the noseeums. You need it!! The location on the Tropic of Cancer beach was perfect. There is a little beach bar for food and drinks, Breas Delight, very close by! Be aware that the roads back to the houses on ToC beach are gravel and with rain storms, need to be taken slow. I would recommend a few extra blankets are added to the cottage for comfort. Overall, the home was as described and I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect adult getaway

The house is great. All we needed for the 2 of us. We loved being right on the beach. Everything is just as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed having the kayaks to go across to the island and have our own private picnic. The beach was never crowded and the little bar 2 houses down was nice to walk to but they do close early as with everything near by 5 or 6 so plan accordingly. Tropic breeze was the best hands down on the island. We absolutely loved it! Bring bug spray in the early hours or the evening they seriously go on attack mode. Unless you are right on the water they will find you all Liam Neeson style. 😉 Other than that is highly recommend.

5-Star. As advertised.

Family of 3 stayed a week. Size of cottage was perfect for us. Really happy the cottage came with washer and dryer, kayaks, big jugs of bottled water, coolers, starter toiletries, hot tub and comfortable beds. Beach is perfect for launching kayaks or young kids if you have them. Communication with owner and on island property manager was excellent. Would stay again. Location is Tropic of Cancer beach. A 30 minute drive to downtown GTown. The owner sends you a cheat sheet for all on island activities and restaurants etc. super helpful. We rented a boat, went fishing, hit the chat n’ chill twice. There’s a lot to do given there are no stop lights on the island thank goodness. Restaurant days/hours are hit and miss. Shop at the grocery store in town but try all of the local joints.

Clean and cute inside. Loved that the purified water machine/jugs were provided for the week. Kitchen had all the basics we needed. The kayaks were a blast- we went out to the little islands and enjoyed the views. Snorkeled around the little islands and saw some cool fish! Plenty of floats and beach chairs etc. at the house which was nice. The beach itself and water are amazing- I have been to many Caribbean places, and this place by far has the best water I've seen. No rough waves, water is crystal clear- it's just breath taking. And the view is literally heavenly- even better than the pics. FYI: There was some construction going on next door, but in NO way dampened the trip- host also gave us a heads up, so it was no surprise.. This place was food for the soul and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax (with a smidge of adventure). The AC worked great- plenty of hot water for showers. There was nothing that we needed that the house didn't provide. We rented a jeep which was fun! Bought grouper from a local fisherman who caught it just hours prior, and cooked it for dinner which was fun! Didn't make it to Santanna's (b/c it closes at 6 and we were having too much fun on the beach and didn't want to leave to do an early dinner)- but MANY locals ranked it as top notch on the island. Will def be recommending this place to friends and family. The host was easy to communicate with.

Pure perfection!!!

We just left our stay at Blue Point Cottage and we are already planning our next trip back!!! We traveled as a family of four, two adults, two boys (11 & 14) and this house was perfect. To wake up every morning to the beautiful panoramic views offered was such a treat. We walked on the beach every single morning and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house had both lounge chairs and foldable beach chairs for us. Plus other beach toys, floats, etc. we used the kayaks to explore the islands across the way. We also enjoyed the ease of walking to Brea’s beach bar for hamburgers and drinks! Shout out to those two ladies who took great care of us all week! The beach is IMO, the most beautiful beach in Exuma. The water is clear and bright blue! And again, during the day, we never felt crowded on the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and we very much appreciated the seasonings left behind for others to use. The decor is perfect and house was super clean. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was good & cold!! And we enjoyed the hot tub in the evening when the sun was setting. Judy, the house manager had a car waiting for us at the airport (we booked through her) and was super quick to respond to any questions. As well as John, the owner. Such a pleasure to deal with. I really can’t say enough great things about Blue Point Cottage and we can’t wait to return and enjoy Little Exuma and all it’s beauty again! Thank you for having us!!!!

Slice of paradise

This property was exactly what we needed and as described. Quiet, beautiful and serene. Tropic of Cancer beach was indescribable in its beauty. No more than 10 people on the whole beach the whole time we were there. House was perfect. Had amenities as described - hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day. Would love to come back!

Magnificent beach

The Tropic of Cancer beach did not disappoint….. crystal clear waters just outside the door of this lovely little cottage. This home had the comforts we needed and the hot tub was lovely but the main reason we stayed was the beach and it was magnificent. Would stay again although it is a bit far for supplies etc.

Gorgeous & Convenient

Always a treat to stay in the beautiful Tropic of Cancer Beach. Blue Point Villa is clean, beautiful and everything you need. Looking forward to staying here again.
