July 4th Week 2025
My family of three, including our energetic three-year-old son, stayed here the week of July 4th, 2025. Weâve visited this area before, but this was our first time staying at this homeâand it truly hit all the marks.Weâve stayed in a couple dozen rentals through Vrbo and other platforms, and this one stands out. The location is idealâeverything is within about 15 minutes, including several great restaurants. If youâre into coffee, definitely check out 1607 Coffee, just five minutes away.The home is well laid out with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower), a spacious living room, and a generously sized kitchen. The back porch with a grill was a highlight, and the flat, green yard was perfect for our little one to run around and ride his bike after long days out. Meanwhile, we got to relax on the front porch in the rockers with a nice drink. The porch was especially lovely on those warm summer nights.Thank you, Armando, for your hospitalityâwe canât wait to return as our little guy grows!One small suggestion: consider adding a second lock higher up on the front door. Our son was able to unlock and open it easily, which gave us a bit of a scare. Better safe than sorry!
