  • Bring the whole family to this Luxurious Mansion, with lots of room for fun. You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

    Please Respect Our Home

    We love you and we love your children.
    …and we want to love you all when you leave.

    This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

    Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

    Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

    We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

    If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

    Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

    This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
    Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

    Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
    If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

    We cannot refund any monies due to inconveniences but we will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible. In the events of a malfunction or loss outside of our control such as time without electricity, water, satellite TV, wireless internet, etc. We cannot provide refunds. We will respond as soon as humanly possible to restore these amenities.

The large house had several spaces that could be set up for kids to do some activites away from very young children - and leave it safely behind. The great room/ kitchen, dining area and sun room also provided a lot of space to gather and eat. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, cookware, spices, and a few extras. If you have young children, be mindful that there is a lot of white/ light colored upholstery. We used hand towels (lots of linens available) to cover white stools/ chairs that the kids used to keep them clean. The master bedroom suite was spectacular! The downstairs has a lot of space, too, but the beds are more dorm style so not as comfortable. The large outdoor patio is nice and the campfire space was also welcoming. The host was excellent and communicated well. There was a tv in every main bedroom - 5 which also had their own bathroom - very nice. We had a great time and would come back if there was more we would want to do around Cincinnati.

Family reunion

We held our family reunion of 22 people at this location and it was a perfect spot. Plenty of space, lots of bed, fully stocked kitchen and close to many activities to do.

The view is great, it is accessible to the road in places too big for a good group of people, very comfortable and clean. Thank you very much for waiting for us there.

Awesome place for retreat

22 of us and the place was more than big enough for all of us and a ton of fun! The place was immaculate and very usable. Also, the blue heron are a great treat to get to see!

This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond.

Sorority Retreat

We had a great time and had plenty of space! We are a large group and we all slept comfortably. The location was great for exploring Cincinnati. It was also very easy to gather for group activities and meals!

Spacious and comfortable

Our church youth group (mostly young adults) spent the weekend here for a retreat. It had plenty of room for everyone and a great area to interact. One member is in a wheelchair, and the first floor was very accessible for him. The house was clean and nicely furnished.

Beautiful fall setting

Eight adults and 8 children comfortably stayed in the Blue Heron Holler. The rooms were spacious and the layout allowed for cooking and eating together. The trails and playground were a nice bonus to get outside.

Vacation perfection

The vacation home was very good to stay with everything orderly arranged. Every aspect of this vacation home showcased a remarkable attention to detail. The furniture was thoughtfully arranged, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-organized retreat.

Comfortable and spacious

We enjoyed this place as a Christmas Family weekend. It’s clean and lots of room. Some maintenance upkeep needs to be done but other than that- was enjoyable. Hosts communicate quickly and were attentive to our needs!
