My husband and I loved our stay here! The room was very nice and clean! Perfect location in terms of distance from downtown TC. We went cherry picking at Rennie’s, only about 10 mins away from the condo! There is also a Meijer pretty close by. The bed was very very comfortable! The view from the balcony was also very pretty. No complaints at all, the host is also very kind in communicating!

Loved the condo, very clean, great view, loved the beach access. Owner was very quick to reply and answer our questions and provide anything that we needed that wasn’t already there (most everything was there!) lots of nice restaurants and beaches close by.

Exactly what I wanted

This is exactly as described, and exactly what we wanted. The directions to the condo were VERY helpful. It is peaceful and comfortable, but not far from anything. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We rented the condo for a soccer tournament weekend and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Very clean and the kitchen area had everything we needed to make some food so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The deck had a great view and we enjoyed walking on the beach and checking out the township park next door. Will definitely stay here again.

The TV didn’t work. I’d recommend a countertop or pizza oven. (I bought a frozen pizza and had no way of cooking it.)

Great value

This was more affordable than other listings that I saw near Traverse City, and it proved to be a great value. The patio has a view of the bay and sunset, there is a township beach nearby, and it is a short drive to Traverse City amenities. We were very satisfied.

Relaxing trip

Great location. Property managers very easy to work with, answer all questions promptly, and go the extra mile. Property very clean. Will be looking at dates in the future to book again.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed a nice long weekend at the condo. This property is well equipped with all the necessities and easy access to Traverse City and surrounding areas. Bonus was the porch looking out on to the beach and bay, perfect to sit and just enjoy. Everything went smoothly and highly recommended!

Convenient Location

The longer we stayed the more we loved this studio unit. The space is perfect for two adults. The studio was spotlessly clean with new linens. Access to the beach area on the property is very close and there's one of the best city parks (clean, well designed) along the bay located right next door. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Perfect Studio for a Couple

The studio was small but well-equipped with nice quality furnishings and linens. It even had a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bay and being just a short distance from the beach. I would rent it again.

Excellent location!

Great location for a Traverse City getaway! The view of the water from the balcony is so nice, and the beach is just a short walk away. I probably wouldn't come back with 4 people again as it was pretty tight (watch your head on the lamp when the pullout couch is out), but for 2 there would be plenty of space! If you're looking for a clean location to lay your head at night, definitely consider this spot!

Great Stay for 2 - mattress needs some work

Very clean and nice location. Beach was amazing. The mattress was very rough. My wife and I’s backs hurt each morning. Plan on eating out as cooking is difficult. Would recommend for a couple needing a get away.
