The apartment offers three well-appointed bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king bed and a small walkout porch. Bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with queen mattresses. Bedroom 3 offers a queen trundle bed and two twin bunk beds.

Three full bathrooms are available: Bathroom 1 has a shower, Bathroom 2 also has a shower, and Bathroom 3 includes a relaxing tub.

Step outside onto the porch, complete with outdoor seating, and fire up the propane grill for a delightful outdoor cooking experience.

Enjoy peace of mind with the newly installed reverse osmosis system, providing quality drinking water throughout your stay. This condo is approximately 1,250 square feet.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
