”Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay.”

”This property was one of our better experiences. It was clean, modern amenities, great location and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were centrally located within 20-25 minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Quiet road less than 5 minutes from shopping. Plenty of dining options within 5 miles.”

”This property was perfect for our whole family to enjoy Williamsburg/ ( about 10-15 minutes easy drive ) . Plus close to food store etc and a great playground you can drive to. We had both units upstairs and down and the space was great for our group of12 . ( age range 78- 3 months ). The kids enjoyed indoor pool , mini golf and playground. Highly recommend .”

”Really enjoyed this property! Jill welcomed us with a lovely bouquet in the kitchen which is well stocked with good appliances, utensils, paper towels and lots of room. The sun room opens onto the patio area around the pool with three different seating areas, tables and a fire pit. This home is close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The area has several good restaurants and grocery stores. It was quite a perfect setup for us!”

”Overall the property was excellent. The kitchen was small, but very functional and worked for us. The dining area and living room were very comfortable and after learning how to use a Roku TV we were fine with entertainment (although we didn't spend a lot a lot of time in the house) As they mentioned in the listing, the driveway is steep, even with our SUV, I would recommend parking in the street. ”This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...
