âYes hi. I had a lovely stay. The manager was very lovely even though I was going to leave but I could not get a refund.
I went up there to relax and spend time at the pool and jacuzzi but unfortunately it was not open. Be in 96° you think that they would get it ready especially with the heatwave that we going on. But it was okay. My fault for not reading all the hotel stuff. I got to look out for that when I book a hotel cuz that's what I'm there for the for the pool and the relaxation. But...
