This 3 bedroom home is located in the quiet countryside with amazing views right out the back door! Enjoy the beautiful country scenery the KY has to offer. Then within minutes you can enjoy The Ark Encounter and local shops and restaurants located in beautiful downtown Williamstown. Relax with family or friends at Holland Meadows! There is plenty of room for everyone!

Our bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and provided everything we could use. The view from the back yard was impressive. What a view! The darkness from the lack of city lights made star gazing awesome.

Clean, but sparce

We only needed it for two nights, so it was clean and met the needs. We noticed it was very sparce - there weren't a lot of dishes, but seemed to be enough. Some paper plates for things like pizza or donuts would be nice. We also got cold at night, but there weren't any additional blankets that we could find. There also was only one option for coffee. I had actually brought my own coffee, but it was a Keurig, no pot, so I had to use what was there. It's very possible that was listed in the details, and I didn't notice. That said, it would've been nice to have a flavor option, or even decaf. It bothered my parents that there was no art on the wall, but I guess it didn't bother me. Overall, it was clean, and the view was beautiful. It met the need!

Clean, comfy and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and comfortable. It was a really nice touch to have games and coloring books with crayons. I liked that trash bags, dish washing detergent and laundry detergent were stocked. It made cleaning up easier. We would definitely rent again!

A Wonderful Stay

Though the online pictures are beautiful, they do not do this lovely home justice. This house is very clean and comfortable. The owner has clearly put love into updating it with new floors and appliances. Everything worked perfectly. We were on a trip which included my 85 yo mother and our 13 yo grandson. Everyone had their own space - and there was plenty of room for the family to spend time together. The best part for me was the serene mornings drinking coffee on the back deck watching the wildlife including a fox family playing each day. It is conveniently located just outside of Dry Ridge so meals and shopping for incidentals was easy. Close the the Ark, horseback riding, and lots of other local finds. Do not hesitate to book it!!

Wonderful place to stay!!!!

Great home!! Beautiful views!!! We would rent this home again!!! One concern… there needs to be a walk-in shower. Beautiful bathrooms, but a little difficult getting in and out of the deep tub.

Ark Encounter & So Much More!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful property. Everything was new, clean, fresh. The yard and deck are gorgeous and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet, squeaky clean, relaxing place to use as your home base for the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, Cincinnati, and everything in between…look no further. This place was perfect!
