The Space:

Welcome to the Sunset Lodge! This beautiful home boasts 7 elegant bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms! The bed layout is as follows: 1 bedroom with a king bed, 4 bedrooms with a single queen bed, and 2 bedrooms with two queen beds, plus a twin cot! The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials you'll need for everyday cooking, and the living has an electric fireplace and huge comfy couch! The second living room has a kitchenette area and some classic arcade games! Play a few rounds of ping pong in the basement, or spend some time outside where you'll find the fenced-in pool (open during the warmer months—typically Memorial Day to Labor Day), a patio with a grill and seating area, and plenty of open space on the property. With all the wonderful accommodations and amenities it has to offer, you are sure to love every bit of this incredible home!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

A short drive from both the Ark and the Creation Museum, and halfway between downtown Cincinnati and downtown Lexington! The houses in the area are very spread out, so there is lots of privacy! When you pass someone on the road, wave, because they likely will too. That's the neighborhood you're in! Everyone minds their own business, but if you need something, the neighbors will gladly help you out!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.
