The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. The master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling and lots of rustic charm. The other bedroom upstairs has a loft where the kids love to hang out. The downstairs bedrooms have large beams throughout and lovely views. It is the perfect place for a couple or group to rent and enjoy the Berkshires. Whether it is downhill skiing at Jiminy Peak or cross country or snowshoeing off the beaten path out back of the house there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The Beaver Pond in front of the house is great in the winter for walks, snowshoeing, cross country and skating. If you enjoy the arts, we are 20+ minutes from Pittsfield, Williams College, Williamstown, Mass MOCA, the Clark and other noted venues. We will provide you a list of great restaurants in the area that will suit most any palate. If you are close to the New York City area you can be here in 2 1/2 to 3 hours driving up the Taconic Parkway. If you are coming from the Boston area the travel time is about the same on the Mass Pike. Albany, New York and the international airport is 45 minutes away.
