Zum Holzknecht is a comfortable detached house in a unique location, right next to the ski slope and hiking area in Usseln. This spacious home has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in beautiful Sauerland! The property is situated in the Diemelsee Nature Park, about 4 km from the well-known winter sports resort of Willingen. Whether you want to hike, cycle, go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing in this nature reserve – all of this is possible within just two minutes.



Inside, you will find three spacious double bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds. Each bedroom features its own washbasin, a desk, and a large wardrobe. There is also a large bedroom for six people with two box-spring beds and two bunk beds, also equipped with a desk and a large wardrobe. Opposite the four bedrooms are three wellness bathrooms, each with a steam shower, washbasin, and toilet. One bathroom also includes an infrared corner sauna, and another has a bathtub.



The holiday home is located in a protected nature area, where both residents and visitors come to enjoy peace and nature. Excessive noise or any form of disturbance is not permitted. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Parties, student gatherings, bachelor events, or drinking parties are strictly prohibited at this property.
