”Enjoyed and very relaxing view...went to restaurant outside property and loved that we didn't have to go anywhere it was right outside the door...loved my stay and will look for this property again”

”A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. ”

”Great location for our stay for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and the view was great. Everything was clean. We didn’t cook any meals there because we had wedding activities but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessary pots/pans and dishes. It also had a drip and Keurig style coffee maker. ”

”The exterior photos and location are lovely, but I booked this stay to get a weekend breath after a death in the family and was devastated to arrive to an unfinished shack that had no running water, no insulation, cracks and holes in the walls with the roof patches falling in, and a wasp infestation! This is not the kind of stay that I would wish on my enemy. We froze all night, flight off spiders and yellow jackets returning to a missing nest, and were bothered by loose dogs that weren't listed...

”I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

”Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably. Overall we are very pleased to have spent our time there. ”
