”The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”

”Very clean room and the environment so quiet comfy”

”el joven de la recepción cero amable, la habitacion no habia shampoo y jabón, secadora de pelo, y al ir a pedir a la recepción, el mismo joven con actitud cero amabilidad y solo le dio jabon”

”My experience at this hotel in San Antonio was disappointing. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the shower had no curtain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was also poor. I expected better cleanliness and service. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.”

”Close to riverwalk- few minutes drive. ”

”We stayed 3 days, it was clean and pool was nice, the property was clean, right off highway. 10 mins from the Alamo, city walk and fort sam houston.”

”We loved the fact that it was close to the downtown area. The staff was very helpful in upgrading our rooms. Be mindful they have an original layout ( park in front of your room) or an inside 2 story layout. Rooms were very clean and no carpet in the new section. And most of all it was quiet those 2 nights we were there. Our host ND ( pronounced Andie) was very kind and hospitable. Dont let the surrounding neighborhood mislead you. Peace and quiet all around.”

”Do not waste your time! Hotel will charge additional fees for people not checked in on reservation. Rooms are extremely dirty NOTHING compared to the pictures I promise do not waste your time trying to save money! It’s Bad people”

”Very friendly staff. Close to Frost Bank Arena.”

”Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it”
