”We got there late after a road trip and the concierge was helpful and polite. She already had our papers ready to fill out upon entry and equipped us with everything we need quickly. The breakfast was good and the hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great hotel! ”

”Always enjoyed my stay at the Extended Stay over at Rock Mill Road. Staff is friendly. Rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Glad that they got rid of the $100 deposit. Want to thank Angie at the front desk for accommodating my needs with checking in. She has been a great help. ”

”This was a wonderful stay for a concert. Easy drive to the venue, safe and quiet area. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was cold. A few questionable stains on the couch, but we didn’t need to sit there. I’d definitely stay again.”

”I had a terrible time tryi g to check in. I booked my reservation a month ago. Very sweet, but new employee I dont think realized that. Said i had to pay $50 deposit but they would not accept cash. Then system bumped me out or something, and i had to pay up front entire 2 night stay in advance, but again, they would not accept cash. It was so difficult. Then another manager figured it out. I didnt owe deposit, i was an Expedia reservation. Finally got checked in. The rest of the stay...
”My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed one night so we wouldn’t have to drive back home super late. This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean and quiet. I think this would be a great affordable spot for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. ”
