”Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed dinner dining on the terrace next to the Elbe.

”Wir waren 2 Nächte im Schlosshotel. Als erstes ist uns das sehr schöne Ambiente aufgefallen. Es ist alles im Stil eines Landhaus eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und romantsich. Die Lage ist super direkt am Schloß und am Fluß. Wenn Abend die Tagestouristen gegangen sind herrscht ein idyllische Ruhe. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.”

”Es war eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Festung Königstein, den Lilienstein und die Elbe. Das Personal war überaus umsichtig und das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend!
Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, was man lediglich an der Einrichtung erkennt, aber alles in allem, war es sauber, es war alles vorhanden und es wird durch die netten Mitarbeiter und den Chef für alles gesorgt, was das Herz begehrt!

Some oddity with the lifts, left in worst case only one lift in operation. Staying at top floor made it a bit of a bore. The situation was on and off during our whole stay.
