”Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.”

”I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open...

”Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

”We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Check-in was flawless. We were able to find free parking close by. The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated.”

”Overall, this location worked for what we needed and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. There was one night where we did and the rental below us was having a very loud party (out of the hosts control although he did attempt to tell them to turn the music down). The walls are very thin so if you are looking for some relaxing time, just something to consider. The cleaning company could do a better job, there were some things left behind that I won’t mention here but a thorough clean would...

”We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved. The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and...

”I’ll start with the good: it’s a place to stay that is pretty close to Loyola University as well as the Loyola cta stop on the red line which made it convenient to get around. The neighborhood/area was very clean and full of college students which made it feel safe. Onto the bad: The room/building itself smelled kind of like trash, though the room was mostly clean. The towels had some random hairs on them/embedded within the fibers which was gross, there was toilet paper stuffed in the window...

Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay! The window seats were a BIG hit for us all and we spent many hours sitting in them, watching people, cars and boats. The location could not be beat and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The river is literally steps away.
If you're booking a suite, paying extra for the river view is absolutely worth it! However, advertising the suite as suitable for 4 adults is a joke. We were travelling with 2 adults + 1 child (12 y/o) and it was just about...
