”The room was clean, that was the good part. But they lost our registration, the night time person was very hard to understand, they was no shampoo or conditioner, they had to give us 2 queens instead of the king we reserved and then the "deluxe continental breakfast" was 2 rock hard donuts and an old mini muffin in a bag.”

”The General Denver is a charming and well maintained historical hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant is convenient and the food is great! Because this is a historical hotel, some of the rooms may be on the small side. If you are looking for something spacious, this may not be the place for you.”
