As others have mentioned, the three bedrooms on the lower level don't have AC. We were comfortable with the extra fans we brought. ”The name might suggest a house full of skylights (spoiler: there aren’t any), it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped—we were able to prepare and enjoy multiple sit-down dinners for 17 people using both the kitchen and the adjacent dining area.The great room is a fantastic space for adults to relax, featuring a cozy fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. It was also helpful to have a separate living room with a TV, board games, and lots of room for the kids...

”Wilmington and this chalet were both wonderful getaways for my husband and I. The chalet was well equipped, comfortable and cozy and had the bonus of a fantastic location. We hiked Haystack and Hogsback, swam and paddle boarded in Harriman Reservoir, and explored the lovely town (Bartleby's bookstore, breweries, Dot's and Village Roost were our favorites).
