  • Tule rannalle ja pidä parhaat päiväsi! Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy, päätelaite, meressä sijaitseva huoneisto Dune Ridgessä on kärjessä. Täysin kunnostettu huoneisto on yksi moderneimmista ja ajan tasalla olevista asuntoista Wrightsville Beachillä. Olohuoneessa on lämmin ja virkistävä kalustus, josta on vertaansa vailla merinäköala. Koska se on loppuyksikkö, sinulla on upeat näkymät Wrightsville Beachin pohjoispäähän! Keittiössä on kaikki modernit asiat, kuten kiinteät pintatasot, huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, ja ne on varustettu jopa perheen kokeneimmalle kokille. Siellä on baaripaikkoja 2: lle, aamiaisenurkkaus 4: lle ja ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode ja iso kuva-ikkuna, josta on upeat merinäkymät. Great Vacation Spot

Perfect location with beach access and community pool. Unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. No beach supplies provided so make sure you bring what you need! Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The place was great! Fantastic location and clean great condo. The only thing I would say to others staying there is you really need to bring everything! Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, extra pillow cases (they have extra pillows but no cases), everything for the kitchen (spices, coffee, oils, etc), extra toilet paper (provided one roll per bathroom). Also, no beach supplies provided. We needed to have some maintenance completed while there. They were great and responded quickly and got it completed. I would stay there again!! Just great to know what you need to bring ahead of time.

Great beach front stay

I recently stayed here for a girls weekend in 5 adult women- we all felt very comfortable and had plenty of space in the unit. The location cannot be beat- corner unit gives a great view. Beds were comfortable- although no sheets on them when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes- but pack your own dish and hand soap! None in the whole place to wash your hands.

Great location, good service, a few minor issues.

Wrightsville Beach is an outstanding beach island with plenty of amenities, clean, white sand beaches with reasonable surf, and excellent water quality/clarity. Dune Ridge is located on the north end, where the beach is wide and uncrowded. Dune Ridge is a well maintained property that is secure and well maintained. The unit has excellent views to the east and the north. The balcony is wonderful. The AC worked very well. The furnishings were good, beds comfortable. Wi-Fi was terrible; rental company blamed the HOA but that didn't help me. Having said that, the rental company sent someone to try to fix it. They also got me into the unit an hour early so I give two thumbs up to Wrightsville Sands. Other minor issues were that half the toaster didn't work and there was no salt in the pantry. The unit is a long walk from the Dune Ridge beach access. We ended up using the public beach access that is immediately north of the condo. That worked out very well. Overall, a great spot and we would stay here again.

overall it was okay

Overall the property was very nice. The lamps in the living room did not work. Unsure if it was burnt out bulbs or the lamps themselves did not work. These should be checked when cleaners come in each week. The toilet in the hall bath the chain to the flapper kept coming loose during our stay. I did not call management to come fix it but try to fix it myself to no avail. There were two websites for this property and some of the furnishings were different such as the porch and child’s room. There were bunk beds on one site and on another the beds were both on the floor. When we left when there was an Iron Man competition going on and I was not able to get the keys to the office because roads were blocked and the office did not communicate how to return the keys until I called the emergency number. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic but this should have been communicated better. The unit has an instantaneous hot water heater and one morning it woke us up at 5 AM because it was circulating or doing something creating a loud noise. The kids beds were not very comfortable but the queen and the king bed was fine. This is the second unit that we have rented in this complex. This particular one was an end unit which was nice but if there’s a cost difference not sure it would be worth the additional cost for the difference of a breakfast nook.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good stay. We occupied one day after the hurricane, windows were understandably covered with salt. Screen door on porch is difficult to operate and the glass door has no locking device at all. Could not get the living room lights on and a number of sockets are inop, yes we realize some are switched. Bottom of master shower door needs a seal replacement, it's impossible to shower and not leak out onto the floor. We have rented this unit a number of times and really like its location. The owners need to put some of our rent back into it.
