”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

”Lovely staff. Dark, moody aesthetic is on brand but may not appeal to all.
Pool is small with limited lounge chairs but glad it was an option in a center city hotel.

Beautifully appointed rooms in the main house, with antiques everywhere.
The bathroom shower we had was a little inconvenient and I could see that some folks could struggle getting in and out of the large claw-foot tub. There are no grab bars. It wasn't particularly difficult for us, but could be a trip/fall hazard for others.

”Staff was nice but there was so much noise above us the entire time that we didn’t sleep during our stay. Valet isn’t patient with drop offs and pick ups in their zone (not lingering) and that’s unfortunate you’re paying so much in parking. ”It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this tone of a review.
First this is a beautiful and chic boutique hotel. I was blown away by the architecture and atmosphere.
Unfortunately during dinner I constantly saw mice running around. Bartenders confirmed that exterminators have been out but haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
It’s truly disheartening because I would love to return for the amenities and lavish room stay.
Hopefully they can manage their rodent issue soon.
