âOur room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didnât notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didnât want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.â

âInitially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.â

âThe hotel is under major construction and they were at one point laying concrete on our floor and tearing up carpets. There was no acknowledgment of this to us and it felt shady. â
