”At the very first moment, the owner Al made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was cosy and comfortable with all the necessary thing one would need. Breakfast was ok. Since we had been on the road for almost two weeks prior to our arrival, Al insisted we use his washing machine to wash our clothes! Had a good time spending one evening at the pool and around the campfire getting to know people. Would recommend this place to anyone that's ever going that way! Good...

Not to mention the warm and welcoming owner, the spectacular view of Whiteface mountain (so close that I felt that I could reach out and touch it), the majestic music on arrival, and the oodles of personality in every inch of it.......the likes of which is so missing in the cookie-cutter lodgings that we are so accustomed to!
