”The Farmhouse is a well kept,large and homey property. We enjoyed the cobblestone street and strolling through the historic neighborhood. They took care in the decorating and we felt at home. Thank you”

”Cute space with good character, in a convenient location and wonderful little neighborhood. Close access to what makes Wilmington an attractive destination. Perfect communication from the property manager, easy parking, and so on.Unfortunately the interior space was a little dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....
