This cozy and modern home features open living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and fireplaces throughout. With 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the residence accommodates up to 12 guests with plenty of room to spread out.



The main floor serves as the social heart of the home, housing a central fireplace, a breakfast nook, and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring vaulted ceilings, a plush king bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Just off the primary suite, a family room connects directly to a spacious deck and a large backyard. This outdoor space is ideal for grilling, lounging, and stargazing from the private hot tub. The second main-floor bedroom features a queen bed with a bathroom conveniently located just down the hall.



The upper level includes two additional bedrooms separated by a small lounge area and a shared bathroom. One bedroom offers a king bed, while the other features two queen beds, providing flexible arrangements for families or groups. For extra guests, a pullout sleeper sofa is located just outside the primary bedroom.
